I would like to come to class, how do I book in?
We have an online booking system that you can access here
Simply click on the class you would like to attend and you can learn more about that class style and reserve your place.
How do I pay?
You can pay for your classes online. For a list of all of our class pass options click here
You are also welcome to pay cash or card at the studio.
What if I don’t book in, can I still come?
Of course! If in doubt, if the whole system confuses you or it’s a last minute decision- please come!
At this stage there is plenty of room in our classes.
We can sign you in on the spot & you can make payment by cash or card at the studio.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing in which you can stretch and move freely.
Remove your shoes, we practice in our bare feet.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your own mat and a bottle of water. We have rental mats for $1.
Can I eat before class?
You will find practice much more comfortable if you allow 2-3 hours after main meals and 1-2 hours after snacks before yoga.
Off please :)
Where should I park?
During business hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm, there is NO parking available in the Old Coach Road Shops Car Park.
Please be mindful of the other businesses and allow time to either park on the street or at the oval and walk through.
How early should I arrive?
The studio will open 15 minutes before the class time shown on the timetable.
If it’s your first time at the studio we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to class start time so you can sign in and get settled.
What do I need to tell the teacher?
When you first come to class you will fill out a health questionnaire, so that any major health concerns are acknowledged and we know your motivation for being at class.
Please notify me before class if you are pregnant, menstruating or if you have any condition that affects your mobility, health or wellbeing. Not every pose is appropriate for everyone.
Understand that you are responsible for your own wellbeing during classes and participate within your own capabilities and limitations. Ease back from any posture in which you are experiencing pain or discomfort and rest in a relaxation posture;
Breathe through your nose, keeping the breath smooth and easy;
Enjoy & smile often to keep your jaw, face, neck and whole body relaxed.
Finally, classes finish with the gesture and saying Namaste.
This means: I honour the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light and of peace.
When you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, we are one.
Please ask questions about anything that is not clear to you, we are here to help!
