We are currently offering a full schedule of diverse yoga classes with all of your fave teachers (& class mates!) in studio, livestream online and as recordings so that you can practice in a way that is the most convenient for you.
For In studio classes we are following a COVID- Safe Plan with respectful social distancing of 1.5m at all times & minimum of 4m2 per person (= 8 max).
It is essential to book (& cancel if you can no longer attend).
Please bring your own mat and other props and/ or a towel/ sarong to cover our studio bolsters.
You can book in for either online or in studio option & ensure you have purchased the relevant pass or membership prior to arrival for class.

Simply select your class by clicking on the schedule above and book in following the prompts. Please make sure you enter your preferred and correct email address as you will be sent an important bookings confirmation email.
If you have booked for an online class it will include a link for you to access your live online class. If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please book again (most likely an incorrect email was recorded). You will need to have Zoom preinstalled (it’s free + easy) click here
If you have booked for an in studio class, please keep it as if you need to cancel your class you will do that via this email.
